Memorial Day weekend gives us a chance to slow down and spend time together while honoring the people who protect and serve our community.
Join us for our First Annual Memorial Appreciation Day at Concannon on Sunday, May 24 from 11 AM – 5 PM.
We’ll be opening up the Main Lawn for a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon with lots of special moments throughout the day. Local leaders including Livermore’s Chief of Police, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Chief, and Mayor John Marchand will be joining us, along with fire trucks on display.
The highlight of the afternoon will be a helicopter landing at 1 PM—a meaningful tribute to the courage and dedication of those who serve.
Bring a blanket or low beach chair, find your spot on the lawn, and settle in with friends and family. We’ll have Concannon wines available by the glass and bottle, along with a great lineup of local food vendors:
🍦 Meadowlark Dairy Truck – debuting their new truck with classic soft serve and sweet treats
🍔 Pacific Drip Kitchen – burgers, wings, loaded fries, and more
🥨 Essen German Food – bratwurst, pretzels, and classic comfort favorites
🎧 Live DJ set from Ryan Schaaf will keep things going throughout the afternoon.
This is a free community event and everyone is welcome.
No reservations for this event. The main gate opens at 11 AM, and lawn seating is first come, first served
