Livermore Valley is turning up the volume on sparkling wine, and this is the main stage. Sip your way through show-stopping Livermore AVA sparkling wines from six local producers, including Blanc de Noir, Blanc de Blanc, Sparkling Rosé of Malbec, Sparkling Grüner Veltliner, Sparkling Barbera, and a Pet Nat Rosé of Grenache, each paired with a classic Rock & Roll album. Throughout the morning you’ll hear from the owners and winemakers from each winery on the inspiration behind their sparkling prodigy and its vinyl pairing. (Spoiler: The Eagles’ “Hotel California” will absolutely be played in honor of our “Pink Champagne on Ice.”) A bottomless bubbles bar will be accompanied by a lavish brunch buffet by Zephyr Grill, with savory and sweet dishes perfectly paired with the sparkling masterpieces. Rock & Roll attire highly encouraged – so pull out that favorite faded band tee, fringe, and leather jackets. Consider this the breakout show for Livermore Valley sparkling wines…they’re about to top the charts.
