The Livermore-Pleasanton-Dublin Branch of the American Association of University Women hosts Monya Lane. She will give a presentation at the Livermore Library. This is free and open to the public. Monya Lane, Board Chair of Quest Science Center, will describe the evolution of this local nonprofit organization created by national lab retirees, with a vision of connecting everyone to the science and technology in our lives and our world. Currently a science-center-without-walls, Quest reaches over 20,000 people per year with interactive hands-on programs that inspire and engage people of all ages and backgrounds.
