This dinner will be one that you won’t be able to find anywhere else! The wines paired with the food are coming directly out of our winemaker’s cellar. The JMC Cellars owner and winemaker, Jessica, is pulling some of the best examples of her older wines for this dinner. We will be opening things that are over 10 years old at this dinner, and they are some of the last bottles anywhere of these varietals.
