Menu options:
Brisket 1/2 – 2 pounds at your table or to go! Choice of “the point” (fattier) or “the flat” (leaner) or combo
Brisket Sandwich on an egg bun – plain or with onions and pickle
Brisket Tacos – 3 tacos with pico de gallo, cilantro aioli and avocado
Brisket Street Tacos – 4 street tacos with cilantro and onion
Brisket Mac-n-Cheese
