As the seasons begin to shift, join us inside Concannon’s newly renovated Bubbles Lounge for an intimate afternoon centered around reflection, gratitude, mindfulness, and rest. Designed as a peaceful escape from the pace of everyday life, this small-group wellness experience invites guests to slow down and reconnect through guided meditation and immersive sound healing. The experience begins with a calming guided meditation focused on seasonal transition, intention-setting, and creating space for reflection as summer gives way to fall. Guests will then settle into a restorative sound bath with quartz crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, chimes and other soothing instruments designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner calm through gentle sound vibration and resonance. The cozy atmosphere of the Bubbles Lounge creates a uniquely intimate setting for this experience, offering a warm and peaceful environment ideal for quiet reflection and restoration. Following the meditation and sound bath, guests will enjoy a glass of Concannon wine alongside a personal charcuterie box while spending quiet time journaling, unwinding, and connecting with fellow guests. This experience is intentionally designed to feel slow, grounding, and restorative — a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and embrace the changing season in a meaningful way. Whether you are new to meditation or already have an established mindfulness practice, all are welcome.
