Community members are invited to attend a program on the art of bonsai trees on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 3 p.m. at Civic Center Library (1188 S. Livermore Avenue).
Charles Harder, president of the Valley Bonsai Society, will present on the history and art of bonsai trees. He will also demonstrate an initial styling of a bonsai tree.
Founded in 2008, the Valley Bonsai Society was established to create an organization for local bonsai enthusiasts of all experience levels.
