DESCRIPTION:Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening beneath Concannon’s historic Grape Arbor as we explore the fascinating relationship between aroma, wine, and wellness. Hosted by Concannon Winemaker Brett Fikse alongside wellness practitioner Jenny, this intimate small-group experience invites guests to discover how aromatic compounds influence both essential oils and wine blends — shaping the way we smell, taste, and connect with flavor.
 
Guests will enjoy a guided essential oil blending workshop while tasting a curated flight of five Concannon wines, including signature red and white blends selected specifically for the experience. Brett will share insight into how aroma impacts the wine experience, from delicate floral notes to layered spice and fruit characteristics, while Jenny guides guests through the art of crafting their own custom essential oil blend to take home.
 
Set beneath the canopy of the estate’s vine-covered arbor as the sun begins to set over Livermore Valley, the evening is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and immersive. Guests will have the opportunity to slow down, connect with others, and experience wine in a completely different sensory way.
 
A local food truck will also be onsite throughout the evening with dinner available for purchase, allowing guests to continue enjoying the atmosphere long after the workshop concludes.
